The owners of the above site seem to be quite particular about hiding
their identities and in my experience as a Certified Fraud Examiner,
this looks like a bunch of frauds. They make no mention of their name,
their domain info is also hidden with an anonymous service provider,
they use an untraceable Google voice phone number and they definitely
don't even list names and addresses, and they aren't listed with the CA
Secretary of State or the CA DRE. A CA DRE issue RE License is REQUIRED
to engage in business brokerage, and they don't have it. They claim to
be an experienced bunch of professionals with the original franchising
formula, and I'd like to know why is it that I've never heard of them in
10 years???
Call me skeptical, but frankly, this website looks and smells of FRAUD. Stay away from these guys!
