Why should EB-5 visa investors distrust EB-5 Investor Magazine and Ali Jahangiri?
Ali Jahangiri seems to make money by running a magazine that helps
fraudsters (regional centers and those aiding and abetting regional
centers in cheating EB-5 visa investors) advertise to EB-5 visa investors. His magazine seems to be
nothing but an advertising kiosk for crooks out to defraud EB-5 visa
investors. I read an article by Mr. Jahangiri at http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ali-jahangiri/uscis-works-to-improve-th_b_5107594.html,
and it seems that Mr. Jahangiri is definitely misleading EB-5 visa
investors by omitting crucial facts in his article as well as in his
magazine.
Mr.Jahangiri states that EB-5 supports job creation--in fact, 28,000
jobs have been created between 2010 and 2011. It is interesting that not
even USCIS has been able to fully document these figures which he seems
to state as an established fact.
Mr. Jahangiri conveniently omits any mention of the fact that almost
every single regional center has actually marketed and attempted to sell
securities ILLEGALLY. He also skips over the fact that at least 98% of
them are committing securities fraud and laundering funds, and at least
98% of them are also engaging in massive conflict of interest. Then
again, he also seems to conveniently skip mentioning the inconvenient
truth that ICE recommended shutting down ALL regional centers due to
fraud and security concerns (see link to the secret ICE memo at http://smartbusinessbroker.com/3874.html
) , and that USCIS, SEC, FBI and ICE are strongly opposed to regional
centers due to securities fraud, money laundering and national security
concerns. He also skipped over the fact that 2 senators (Coburn and
Grassley) are actively investigating regional centers for securities
fraud, money laundering, visa fraud, etc.
If you'd like to learn the actual truth about regional centers, please read my blog at http://eb5-expert.blogspot.com/ to learn the actual truth about regional centers, and why they are to be avoided.
The fact is, not a single regional center's CEO and CFO will give a
written guarantee confirming that they will not engage in securities
fraud or conflict of interest, and not a single regional center's CEO
and CFO are willing to provide a written affidavit that they have not
offered and sold securities illegally. Bottom line is quite simple: A
regional center is the worst option for EB-5 visa investor.

Practical advice for EB-5 visa investors who wish to get an EB-5 visa. Getting an EB-5 visa is easy, safe and profitable only if an investor buys or starts a Genuine Direct Investment Business. I help EB-5 visa investors avoid the fraud committed by regional centers and those who try to sell risky franchises to EB-5 visa investors. EB-1c visas are safer, cheaper, and faster than EB-5 visas. For Indian and Chinese investors, getting EB-1c visa is faster, safer, and cheaper than EB-5 visas.
