Looks like USCIS won't be soliciting any more input for the EB-5 visa program via IdeaScale after the last round of suggestions proved to be quite potent.

About 7 months ago, the USCIS solicited input from EB-5 visa stakeholders on how to improve the process and the program. A Stakeholder offered a few popular suggestions that have essentially guaranteed the rejection of thousands of fraudulent petitions filed by Chinese if they were adopted, amongst which were suggestions to require authenticated documents such as tax returns, bank statements, etc. as well as using current unemployment rates to determine TEA status.
