Are the promoters of Grenada's Citizenship by Investment scam defrauding buyers?
Failure to disclose material facts to investors / buyers of real estate is a serious crime in India AND the US.
Range Developments isn't registered with RERA authorities in MH or Gujrat, and yet they're marketing real estate in India on their own and through agents and attorneys.
They and their agents conceal material facts such as:
1. The actual value of the property that's being sold at inflated prices to Investors.
Will a sane person overpay by 20% or more to get Grenada citizenship, knowing that they will experience a serious capital loss, when they can get US Residence visas in 4 months and Permanent Residence in 2 years under the L1A + EB1c route and at a lower price? If licensed Independent appraisers appraised the market value of Grenada property based on USPAP or similar standards versus the sales prices, buyers would stay away.
2. Developers and their agents don't disclose the TRUE and complete cost of getting Grenada Citizenship + #E2 visas+ US green cards in comparison with the L1A + EB1c visa route.
4. Agents and Developers don't disclose the true amount of time it'd take to get green cards under the Grenada citizenship + E2 visas + US green cards.
