Are annual earnings of 15% or more an unrealistic expectation for Genuine Direct Investment Businesses? Or do regional center supporters know nothing about the earnings potential of small businesses?

I read a really funny article (see link http://eb5fraud.com/?p=78 ) written by an anonymous coward, who seems to favour the so-called "EB-5 Professionals" who are actually fraudsters.

This anonymous coward went on to imply that these "EB-5 Professionals" are respected attorneys and securities dealers subject to SEC regulations by stating "However, according to USCIS and SEC the vast majority of EB-5 professionals are highly professional and highly regulated (most are members of their State Bar associations) and involved in selling securities, making them subject to SEC scrutiny." Towards the end of the article, this person seems to imply that many regional centers can be trusted, and I can say with 100% certainty that I would be shocked to see a regional center that is trustworthy. As readers of my blog know, the overwhelming majority of individuals dealing with EB-5 visa investors are criminals out to defraud EB-5 visa investors, and they willingly violate securities laws, launder money and commit securities fraud in the process of defrauding EB-5 visa investors. As a matter of fact, in the last 60 days alone, I've authored several articles showing just HOW these crooks take great care in ensuring that they avoid subjecting themselves to SEC regulations and securities laws of the US, and this includes links to articles by Greenberg Traurig lawyers who seem to specialize in helping criminals avoid subjecting themselves to securities laws.

This so-called guardian of EB-5 visa investors’ interests then says, “These so called EB-5 professionals are the carnival barkers of immigration, promising immigrant-investors an almost “Free” green card and a 5, 10 even 15 percent return on their $500,000 investment – that’s better than Wall Street has offered for years. ‘Seems too good to be true, doesn’t it?”

 

To this, I can say with 100% confidence that this individual can’t possibly be a business broker, because business brokers do know that it is common to see annual returns of 15% to 35% (or more) on equity in businesses that meet the Genuine Direct Investment Business criteria. I can honestly say that ALL but 1 of my EB-5 visa investor clients earned over 20% annual return on equity, and the 1 who didn’t made 15% annual return on equity for 1 year, and then started earning more.
