There is an old saying: He who laughs last, laughs the longest. Today, I've the last laugh over my detractors such as Brian Su, Michael Gibson, Fred Burgess, Joe Sloboda, Kevin Jeffers, Wassem Amin, Thom Casebolt, Tyler McKay, etc., who've actively aided and abetted regional centers in committing securities fraud, securities law violations and money laundering. I've read posts by self proclaimed 'EB-5 visa due diligence experts' Wassem Amin and Michael Gibson all over the web, and they claimed to do due diligence, even though I've been saying for several years that regional centers commit Investor Fraud, Securities fraud, securities law violations and money laundering. Even in the past, I've personally said that Wassem Amin and Michael Gibson were being negligent and had misled EB-5 investors by claiming to have done due diligence, and I would not be surprised if EB-5 visa investors who've lost their time, money and green cards will start suing these phonies for damages.

Today, it is a good idea to ask these so called experts on due diligence why is it that ICE says that nothing can be done to prevent the rampant fraud in regional centers. See the secret ICE Memo recommending shutting down of ALL regional centers at ICE recommends shutting down all regional centers in a secret memo!  It is possible that I as a lone individual may have been biased in denouncing regional centers for the past 10 years to further my own business, but when an investigative agency of the US government (ICE) also recommends that ALL regional centers should be shut down due to fraud, money laundering and other national security concerns, then it is time for EB-5 visa investors to understand that they were LIED to by phonies such as Michael Gibson and Wassem Amin.
